In 1968, Martial GUILLERMET created GUILLERMET establishments specialized in ultrasonic welding. The technique is innovative and sought after for the assembly of plastic parts.

In 1970, he decided to develop his activity and to integrate injection molding machines to offer his customers the combination of his two skills.

In 1988, the GUILLERMET establishments were taken over by Viviane and Alain HENRY, daughter and son-in-law of Martial GUILLERMET. ALVIPLAST was born. A new building is built to accommodate new presses and to work in particular for the automobile industry. The years go by and the company does not stop evolving. Each new press is accompanied by robots to optimize the production process and facilitate the work of employees.

In 2001, Alexandre HENRY, son of Alain and Viviane HENRY, joined the company. ALVIPLAST continues to evolve to remain at the forefront of technology. The production workshop is enlarged and entirely robotized. The injected parts are more and more technical both by the materials used and by the processes developed.

In 2007, ALVIPLAST is one of the rare VSE of the Oyonnaxian basin to be certified ISO 9001. The company is known for its quality work respecting the requirements of its customers. This allows it to welcome new markets, especially the railway one.

In 2015, Alexandre HENRY took over all the shares of the company.

In 2019 the building will be expanded again to increase storage space and allow for the arrival of new 100% electric presses.

ALVIPLAST is now specialized in the plastic injection of technical and overmolded parts. Even if its main sectors of activity remain the railways and the automotive industry, ALVIPLAST has been able to develop in all fields: industry, building, electricity, dental, child care...
